About Parcel 19

Chesterbrook is a "large planned residential community"  encompassing over eight hundred (800) acres of land and comprises  28 Communities, each Community arising out of a number of separate phases of residential homes, townhomes, and condominiums totaling 2384 units.  Each Community's Association manages the open spaces, roads, and drainage facilities within their association. The Parcel 19 Trust was created for the purpose of owning, managing, operating, and maintaining certain open spaces, and pathways, on lands owned by the Trust within the portion of Chesterbrook shown below in GREEN.

 

 

The Trust consists of 3 tax parcels of ~ 26.7 acres, 22.4 acres, and 70 acres (total of ~119acres).  The Parcel 19 Trust is made up of 18 member associations consisting of 1623 residential units. Those Associations are Bradford Crossings, Bradford Hills, Cheswold Village, Eagles Ridge, Fox Hollow, Forge Mountain, Landmark, Main Street, Mountain View, Newport, The Paddock, Painters Lane, The Ponds, The Quarters, Quarters West, Sullivans Bridge, Stirling Chase, and The Greater Valley Stream Village.

 

 

Walking paths wind their way through Parcel 19 lands both through the woods and along Valley Creek connecting the various member associations to one another, the corporate park, Picket Post Swim club, and Valley Forge Park.
